"Convicts don't ask. They take."
Marooned on a primitive prison planet , Bella West has one chance for survival until rescue arrives: trade her body for protection.
The ripped hulk who claims her is more beast than man. Convicted of a crime he didn't commit, ex-soldier Caine Anders has lost his humanity after eight grueling years on a hazardous planet of dirt, rock, and treacherous inhabitants.
He looks out for himself and never grows attached. So, when the bold female offers him pleasure in return for protection, he takes the deal without hesitation. He never expects her touch to alter him. Or to feel something beyond lust.
But caring for someone on Dragath25 may be the greatest hazard of all. And, as the dangers multiply, it's no longer certain whether she'll be the key to his salvation or his destruction....
The first book in the Condemned Series, TRAPPED is a stand alone, action-packed, sexy sci-fi romance with a HEA, a strong heroine willing to do what it takes to survive, and a scorching hot, broken alpha hero you can't help but fall in love with.

Fun light and loving science fiction
So much fun to read. Fast paced. Likable heroine although she has that annoying “im going to save everyone”complex that consistently puts her and him into more danger than necessary. Hot and perfect hero, conflicted and overprotective but not too much so. They are steamy and their psychological makeup is sensible and follows well. Nice light almost apocalyptic future world for those who want a twist on the standard fare. Good man against the imposed hierarchy conflict.
Easy read and finished in one day.
If you ever watched alien 3 and wanted to see Ripley find love and sex instead of running from a giant alien, you will probably enjoy this.
I’m looking forward to book 2.
Creative world building and still a sweet romance
When I read the plot I was worried this would be all about power play, which, to each tier own, but is NOT my thing so I’m very glad to say it isn’t and I’m happy I gave the book a shot. I thought the author did a great job of navigating what starts out as a resource exchange without being creepy and making me hate the characters. Good world building, creative plot, dynamic characters, and steamy romance, couldn’t ask for more.
